There will be 6 courses, with each course based on two of the verses from the song The Twelve Day's of Christmas. This is going to be a very magical holiday dinner. Seating is limited to 30 and will be in The Cellar. This event has previously sold out, so we highly recommend getting your reservation as soon as possible! Thrifty Thursdays

Did you know that every Thursday evening, Augie's offers a three course meal for only $14.99? Choosing from our special Thrifty Menu that changes weekly, you get a small salad, choice from a selection of entrees, and dessert!  Reservations are recommended.  Call (217)544-6979 to reserve your spot!  Each week's Thrifty Menu is usually posted the day of by 3 PM.

We have had people asking all year when Chef would have his Vegan Tasting Dinner, and it's finally here! Every week, Chef Faucon visits the Old Capitol Farmers Market to ensure the freshest possible ingredients, as well as to support our local farmers.  Our local producers are one of the greatest treasures of the Midwest, and with that in mind, we present "Flavors of the Market", a Tasting Dinner showcasing a multitude of vendors from Illinois' longest-running farmers market.

Never had the pleasure of attending one of our Tasting Dinners?  Treat yourself this month! It is a full-service, six course dinner, paced as you please.  Each month is based around a different theme. We are already gearing up for next month's Tasting Dinner!  You've asked, we listened: come join us for a WEEKEND Tasting! Normally, we do our famous Tasting Dinners on Wednesday evenings, but we thought we would give you Weekend Warriors a better opportunity to experience one of the best culinary experiences that Springfield has to offer!  This dinner is not to be missed! Mexican, with an imaginative twist & presented in a way that only Chef Faucon could bring you.

Chef Faucon has put together a fantastic take on the flavors of Ireland with his March Tasting dinner! Check out this month's incredible menu!  It will be available all evening on Wednesday, March 16th.  Reservations are highly recommended.
